Forest Row School

School HeatingChallenge
The school had a total heating and hot water failure due to the main heating pipes being heavily corroded in the outside duct work causing a major leak with no possibility of a temporary repair.

Roselands Heating carried out a site survey to ascertain the extent of the corrosion and then working closely with the school and East Sussex County Council provided a competitive quotation.

The works were started almost immediately and completed on time and within budget. A new sump pump system and flood warning alarm were also fitted to ensure the new installation had the maximum possible lifespan.

  • Minimum downtime for school
  • New waterproof insulation and coated pipework to increase thermal efficiency.
  • Improved fuel bills.
  • Complete reinstatement of pathways
  • Monitoring system to prevent further flooding or damage
