Q: Will I be tied into an ongoing contract with you?

A: Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on the flexible, no commitment service we offer our customers. While we aim to build long-standing partnerships with our customers, we believe that ongoing contracts hinder this process. We’re proud of the quality of our work and we want our customers to choose to work with us again because they want to, not because they have to.

Q: Can you carry out commercial gas safety checks?

A: Yes, we are able to conduct a wide range of compliance checks, including those needed to obtain a commercial gas safety certificate. We are qualified commercial gas engineers with extensive experience working on these heating systems.

Q: How quickly can you respond to an urgent issue?

A: We provide a rapid response to urgent heating issues. Our digital job management system allows us to assess and plan our workload efficiently so that we can allocate a suitable engineer to each job as quickly as possible.

As part of our commitment to our existing customers, we guarantee a two-hour response window when they make an urgent enquiry.

Q: Do you provide free, no obligation quotes?

A: Yes, we do. We will arrange a free site survey to make sure that we fully understand your requirements and will provide a clear, written quote at the earliest possible opportunity afterwards.

Q: Do you have a call out charge?

A: We have a minimum charge of one hour’s labour for any job we attend during working hours. This is charged at our standard hourly rate. We do not charge for our travel time.

There is an out of hours call out charge. This will be discussed with you when you make your enquiry.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. We hold employer’s liability insurance up to £10,000,000, public/products liability insurance up to £10,000,000, and professional indemnity insurance up to £250,000.
