St Thomas a Becket School

The school had three oil-fired boilers supplying their hot water and heating which were no longer economical due to their age. These boilers were failing on a regular basis, causing disruption and incurring unnecessary expenses. In order to minimise disruption, a new system had to be installed during the half term break and commissioned in time for staff and students to return.

Roselands Heating removed the old boilers and replaced them with three new high-efficiency condensing gas boilers. The new installation also included replacement system controls, pumps, pipework, and insulation. All work was completed on time and within budget.
